➡️ Od 1 września można realizować wyjazdy służbowe (krajowe i zagraniczne), o ile kierownik jednostki UW wyrazi na to zgodę.
➡️ Planując wyjazd należy wziąć pod uwagę:
🔹 bieżące zalecenia Głównego Inspektora Sanitarnego, Ministerstwa Spraw Zagranicznych, Ministerstwa Nauki i Szkolnictwa Wyższego,
🔹 restrykcje w przekraczaniu granic, w tym konieczności odbycia kwarantanny lub przedstawienia dokumentu potwierdzającego wykonanie testu na obecność koronawirusa oraz innych zaleceń władz lokalnych,
🔹 ewentualne skutki finansowe wynikające z niezrealizowania wyjazdu oraz przedłużonego przymusowego pobytu w miejscu docelowym,
🔹 posiadanie właściwego ubezpieczenia.
➡️ Również od 1 września dozwolone są przyjazdy krajowe i zagraniczne na Uniwersytet Warszawski, przy czym ostateczną decyzję o przyjęciu konkretnej osoby podejmuje kierownik jednostki.

➡️ From 1 September, official travels (domestic and foreign) may be carried out, provided that the head of the UW unit agrees to it.
➡️ When planning a trip, it is important to take into account:
🔹 current recommendations of the Chief Sanitary Inspector, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education,
🔹 restrictions on border crossings, including the need to undergo quarantine or to present a document proving that a coronavirus test and other recommendations from local authorities have been carried out,
🔹 possible financial consequences resulting from failure to complete the trip and prolonged forced stay at the destination,
🔹 having proper insurance.
➡️ Also from September 1, domestic and foreign visits to the University of Warsaw are allowed, with the final decision on the admission of a particular person being made by the head of the unit.
