➡️ Przypominamy, że rok akademicki 2019/2020 kończy się 30 września, więc jeżeli chcecie przedłużyć okres odbywania studiów doktoranckich, to to jest ostatni moment❗️
➡️ Kierownik/Kierowniczka studiów doktoranckich wyraża zgodę na przedłużenie okresu odbywania studiów doktoranckich, podejmuje decyzję w sprawie zaliczenia kolejnych lat studiów doktoranckich oraz przyznaje urlopy.
➡️ Doktoranci i doktorantki mogą poprosić o przedłużenie okresu odbywania studiów doktoranckich w przypadkach uzasadnionych koniecznością prowadzenia długotrwałych badań naukowych, na czas ich trwania, łącznie nie dłużej niż o dwa lata, mogą również wnioskować o urlopy (szczegóły znajdziecie w § 16 Regulaminu Studiów Doktoranckich na Uniwersytecie Warszawskim: https://www.monitor.uw.edu.pl/Lists/Uchway/Attachments/3805/M.2016.321.Obw.10.pdf).
➡️ W przypadku doktorantek i doktorantów, którzy są aktualnie na II przedłużeniu w związku z koniecznością prowadzenia długotrwałych badań naukowych i którzy z powodu pandemii nie mogą/nie mogli realizować badań, możecie złożyć wniosek do Kierownika/Kierowniczki studiów doktoranckich o przyznanie w BIEŻĄCYM ROKU akademickim urlopu naukowego lub okolicznościowego (§ 16 ust. 7). Jeżeli kierownik/kierowniczka studiów doktoranckich wyrazi zgodę na taki urlop, to tym samym będziecie mogli zachować prawo do otrzymania zgody na II przedłużenie studiów doktorskich celem realizacji badań naukowych, o co będzie mogli wystąpić na rok 2020/2021.

➡️ We would like to remind you that the 2019/2020 academic year ends on September 30, so if you want to extend the period of your doctoral studies, this is the last moment❗️
➡️ The heads of doctoral studies can extend the period of doctoral studies, decide on the completion of subsequent years of doctoral studies and grants leaves from studies.
➡️ PhD students may ask for an extension of the period of doctoral studies in cases justified by the necessity of conducting long-term research, for a total duration of no more than two years, they may also apply for leaves from studies (details can be found in § 16 of the Doctoral Study Regulations at the University of Warsaw: https://www.monitor.uw.edu.pl/Lists/Uchway/Attachments/3805/M.2016.321.Obw.10.pdf).
➡️ In the case of PhD students who are currently in the second extension due to the need to conduct long-term research and who, due to the pandemic, cannot / were unable to carry out research, they may submit an application to the Head of doctoral studies for granting the academic leave from studies in the CURRENT academic YEAR (§ 16 section 7). If the head of doctoral studies agrees to such a leave, you will be able to retain the right to obtain consent for the second extension of doctoral studies to carry out scientific research, which you will be able to apply for in 2020/2021.
