Przedłużenie terminu wniosków stypendialnych do 21.10

ze względu na błąd w USOSwebie wnioski o stypendium rektora dla doktorantów, stypendium doktoranckie oraz zwiększenie stypendium doktoranckiego można jeszcze składać do jutra, 21.10.2020 r., do godz. 23:59 (wnioski dotyczą oczywiście osób uprawnionych do składania tych wniosków, pamiętajcie, że nie wszyscy cudzoziemcy są uprawnieni)

doktorantek i doktorantów z WFiz, WDIB, WSoc, KMISMaP nie dotyczy ww termin, ponieważ ich jednostki miały wyznaczone inne terminy, doktoranci i doktorantki z WB oraz WCh mogą jeszcze składać wnioski o stypendium rektora dla doktorantów oraz zwiększenie stypendium doktoranckiego, termin na składanie wniosków doktoranckich minął im wcześniej

jeżeli podczas wypełniania wniosków występowały jakieś błędy i w rezultacie złożyliście niekompletny wniosek, to możecie poprosić o jego cofnięcie, w tym celu należy napisać maila na adres: stypendia.usos[at]uw.edu.pl, w tytule dodając „prośba o cofnięcie wniosku”

obsługą stypendiów zajmuje się Biuro do spraw studiów doktoranckich i kształcenia podyplomowego (BSDiKP), które pracuje w godzinach 8-16, więc piszcie jak najszybciej

po uzupełnieniu wniosku należy go jeszcze raz złożyć w czasie otwartej tury, w przeciwnym razie nie zostanie rozpatrzony

jeżeli ktoś już złożył wniosek (wniosek ma w systemie status „złożony”), to automatycznie nie można go poprawić, tylko BSDiKP może zmienić status wniosku na cofnięty do poprawy/uzupełnienia

zespół IT dzielnie działał cały weekend, żeby naprawić błąd, więc mamy nadzieję, że system już nikomu nie odrzuci załączników!

[Doctoral Studies] Dear PhD students,

Due to an error in the USOSweb, applications for the rector’s scholarship for doctoral students, doctoral scholarship and an increase of the doctoral scholarship can still be submitted until tomorrow, October 21, 2020, by 23:59 (the applications are only for persons entitled to submit these applications, remember that not all foreigners are entitled to it).

PhD students from WFiz, WDIB, WSoc, KMISMaP do not apply to the above-mentioned period, because their units had different dates, PhD students and PhD students from the WB and WCh can still apply for the rector’s scholarship for doctoral students and increase of the doctoral scholarship, deadline for submitting applications for the doctoral scholarship was already over.

If you have encountered any errors while filling in the application and as a result you submitted an incomplete application, you can ask for a possibility to change it. Please write an e-mail to the following address: stypendia.usos[at]uw.edu.pl, with the title „prośba o cofnięcie wniosku” (request for the possibility of changing the application.

The scholarships are handled by the Office for Doctoral Studies and Postgraduate Education (BSDiKP), which works from 8 am to 4 pm, so please write an e-mail as soon as possible.

After completing the application, it must be submitted again while the current turn is open, otherwise it will not be considered.

If someone has already submitted an application (the application has the status „submitted” in the system), it cannot be corrected automatically, only BSDiKP can change the status of the application to allow for changes / supplementation.

The IT team worked bravely all weekend to fix the bug, so hopefully the system won’t reject anyone else’s attachments!
