Liczba stanowisk: 4-6
Osoba pracująca w Welcome Point będzie:
• wspomagać bieżącą obsługę gości Welcome Point we wrześniu i październiku 2021
• pomagać studentkom i studentom zagranicznym w pierwszych dniach pobytu na Uniwersytecie
• udzielać podstawowych informacji związanych z działalnością Uniwersytetu, poruszaniem się po uczelni i po mieście, kierować do odpowiednich biur i jednostek, wydawać materiały informacyjne, zapraszać na uniwersyteckie wydarzenia
• stale współpracować z jednostkami UW.
Wymagania i profil pracownicy/ka:
• oferta skierowana jest do studentek/ów, doktorantek/ów i absolwentek/ów UW
• znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie B2
• dodatkowym atutem będzie znajomość innego języka obcego
• od kandydatów zagranicznych wymagana jest znajomość języka polskiego w stopniu komunikatywnym
• umiejętność pracy w środowisku międzynarodowym
• wrażliwość na różnice kulturowe
• rozwinięte zdolności organizacyjne
• komunikatywność, otwartość, zaangażowanie, entuzjazm.
UW zapewnia:
• pracę od połowy września do połowy października 2021 w młodym dynamicznym zespole
• umowę zlecenie w wymiarze ok. 15-30 godzin tygodniowo
• kontakt z przedstawicielami/kami wielu kultur i narodowości
• różnorodność wykonywanych zadań.

University of Warsaw is inviting students and doctoral candidates to work as Welcome Point team member.
Job description:
• assistance to international students, scholars and researchers coming to the University of Warsaw
• cooperation with other University units in matters regarding international students and staff
• providing basic information about the activity of the University of Warsaw, distribution of informational and promotion materials; inviting for the University events
• cooperating constantly with the entities of the UW.
Candidate profile:
• the offer is directed to the students, doctoral degree students and alumni of the University of Warsaw
• high command of English (at least B2 level)
• for international candidates Polish on the communicative level
• knowledge of another foreign language as an additional asset
• ability to work in an international environment and good understanding of cultural diversity
• very good organisational and time management skills
• excellent communication skills
• ability to work in a team, engagement and enthusiasm.
UW offer:
• work between mid-September and mid-October period 2021
• civil contract with 15-30 hours of working a week
• contact with students from various countries and cultures.
