(do obsadzenia 4 mandaty)
w czwartek 5 marca o godzinie 12:30
w Sali Rady Wydziału Biologii (102A)
w gmachu głównym Wydziału przy ul. Ilji Miecznikowa 1
Czynne i bierne prawo wyborcze przysługuje wyłącznie doktorantom i doktorantkom Szkoły Doktorskiej Nauk Ścisłych i Przyrodniczych. Osoby zainteresowane kandydowaniem proszone są o wypełnienie zgody na kandydowanie oraz Deklaracji dotyczącej przynależności do dyscypliny naukowej i przekazanie ich przedstawicielowi Komisji prowadzącemu zebranie najpóźniej w jego trakcie. Oba te dokumenty są dostępne w ogłoszeniu o wyborach na stronie Samorządu.
Zgodnie z § 41 Regulaminu Samorządu Doktorantów „6. W skład RD wchodzi nie więcej niż 2 przedstawicieli każdej dyscypliny reprezentowanej w danej szkole doktorskiej. 7. Liczba przedstawicieli, o której mowa w ust. 6, może zostać zwiększona maksymalnie do 3, jeżeli co najmniej jedna z pozostałych dyscyplin wskazała mniej niż 2 kandydatów na przedstawicieli do RD. 8. O kolejności przyznawania dodatkowego, trzeciego miejsca w RD, decyduje pozycja na liście wszystkich kandydatów wszystkich dyscyplin uszeregowanej od największej do najmniejszej liczby uzyskanych ważnych głosów.”.

invites to
ELECTORAL MEETING
for the election of members of the PhD Students’ Council (PSC)
of the Doctoral Schools of Exact and Natural Sciences
(4 mandates to be filled)
on Thursday March 5th, 2020 at 12:30
in the Council Room of Faculty of Biology (102A)
in the main building of the faculty at Ilji Miecznikowa 1
Voting rights and the right to be elected have only PhD Students of the Doctoral School of Exact and Natural Sciences. People interested in standing for the election need to fill in the electoral consent and the Declaration on the scientific discipline and to hand them in to the member of the Committee no later than during the Electoral Meeting. Both these documents are available on the PhD Students’ Union website.
According to the § 41 of the University of Warsaw PhD Students’ Union Regulations „6. In the PSC there are no more than 2 representatives of one scientific discipline of the doctoral school. 7. Number of representatives mentioned in 6. can be increased to the maximum of 3 if at least one other discipline selected less candidates to the PSC. 8. About the order of the filling of the additional, third representative, decided the position on the result lists of all the discipline candidates sorted by the number of valid votes from the biggest to the lowest number.”.
